2018 Health & Wellness Fundraiser event on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10am – 2pm at Elm Terrace Gardens Life Plan Community. This is a free event open to the public designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, provide information to prevent and manage disease, connect the public to resources for a meet and greet, and interactive activities. Together we can help encourage and education people about Health & Wellness from the inside out. *Looking for vendors to particpate.
